Did you know that in addition to lunch and dinner, Poblano Grill also serves up a BOMB brunch? Well, it’s true! So go ahead and add Poblano’s to your must-try brunch list because man, it was amazing!

Their brunch is on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30am-1:00pm and they offer 7 brunch items. I got to try three of the items one Sunday and I was impressed.

First up was their Huevos Asada (carne asada topped with two eggs cooked your way, topped with quest fresco, and served with their house made avocado poblano sauce). Next came the Breakfast Enchiladas (eggs, shredded beef, peppers, onions, and cheese rolled into corn tortillas and topped with red chili sauce and cheese that is served with Victor’s potatoes or fresh fruit). Last but not least was the Spice Mexican Skillet (fajita chicken or beef cooked with their specialty spicy salsa and diced potatoes topped with cheese and egg cooked your way and served with Victor’s potatoes or fresh fruit).

Everything on the menu looked so good but I couldn’t eat it all! Out of the those three items I tried, my favorite item was the Huevos Asada. The fajita beef was cooked perfectly and was so juicy and tasty. Their avocado sauce was to-die-for and was the perfect combination with the beef. On top of the delicious food, the service was outstanding!

Poblano also has a deal for veterans every Monday. They receive 20% off of their meal. What a great way to give back and serve those who have served us. Poblano is a local participating restaurant in The Hangover Brunch 2018 on April 22nd at the Farmer’s Market. So lets fiesta like there’s no mañana on Sunday! Buy your tickets because you don’t want to miss out! You can buy your tickets at thehangoverbrunchokc.com!
